Andy Hines

Andy Hines

With 20 years of experience in sales leadership, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Andy Hines has worked alongside some of the finest real estate developers in top destinations across the country.

Andy’s career began with IMI Worldwide Properties, where he focused on the sales and marketing of golf course developments across the South. While at IMI, Andy worked with top-tier golf course architects Jack Nicklaus, Tom Fazio and Arnold Palmer. Later in his career, he joined East West Partners (EWP) in Denver to help launch the historically successful Glass House, after which he took over as Director of Sales for EWP’s Riverfront Park. Andy later gained additional experience as Broker in Charge of Slifer, Smith and Frampton in Denver.

After returning home to South Carolina, Andy continued to work closely with developers across the region. Most recently, he served as the Director of Sales and Broker in Charge at Kiawah River, a 2,000- acre master planned community developed by The Beach Company of Charleston.

Andy continues to be a master innovator in the luxury resort real estate market by leveraging strategic initiatives to capitalize on emerging real estate trends. When he’s not working, you can find Andy on the water with his wife, Barbara, and two boys, Hollan and Henry.

Robert Calder

Robert Calder was born in South Carolina and raised in the Lowcountry. He attended The Citadel in Charleston as an undergraduate, after which he began a career in sales and marketing.

With over 25 years of experience, Robert has lead several sales teams to great success, mainly in the luxury resort real estate market. He has been involved in multiple resort developments in Florida, Asheville, NC, Cashiers, NC, Lake Tahoe, CA and most recently on the Four Seasons private island of Caye Chapel, in Belize.

When he is not working, you can find Robert traveling or enjoying the South Carolina coast with his wife Melanie and two daughters Caroline and Sarah Grace.
