In response to the demand, we will maintain a similar process leading up to the release on September 16. How and When to Purchase a Home At The Cape

STEP 1: Submit a fully refundable $25,000 selection deposit anytime through September 10.

STEP 2: Schedule a deep dive appointment with our sales team
Appointments are being scheduled now through September 10

This is an opportunity to explore floor plans, finish packages, pricing, and everything else needed to make a purchase decision.  While a deposit is not necessary to schedule a deep dive appointment, priority will be given to those who submitted the refundable selection deposit.

STEP 3: Submit a contract

Selection deposits are necessary to receive a contract. From September 6-16, purchasers will be able to submit contracts. Contracts will be accepted on September 16.
